Job Profile: Sales Officer – Hospitality Division

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA / Diploma in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 2–4 years of proven sales experience in supplying products to Hotels, Restaurants, Schools, Catering Companies, Hospitals, and other commercial establishments.
• Prior experience in hospitality supplies, FMCG, HORECA, or institutional sales is highly preferred.

Vehicle & License

• Valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory.
• Own car preferred (fuel/transport allowance as per company policy).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, schools, and institutional clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the hospitality and commercial sector.
• Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and submit regular sales reports.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections as per company policy.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of hospitality industry needs and purchasing cycles.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Result-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Additional Requirements (Enhancing the Role)

• Knowledge of local Bahrain market, hotel chains, and procurement processes.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with purchase managers, chefs, and facility managers.
• Flexible to work in the field and handle pressure during peak seasons.
• Team player with a positive and proactive mindset.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.

Pay: BD350.000 - BD400.000 per month
