Sales Officer

We are looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team for property sales and rentals in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, client-focused, and knowledgeable about the Dubai real estate market.

• Key Responsibilities

-Generate leads for property sales and leasing through calls, networking, portals, and referrals

-Handle client inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures

-Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and ROI

-Manage listings on major property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)

-Build and maintain a strong client database

-Coordinate with developers, landlords, and tenants

-Prepare contracts, offers, and documentation in coordination with admin team

-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales / rental targets

-Maintain professional relationships and ensure excellent customer service

• Requirements

-Minimum 2 years experience in Dubai real estate (Sales or Leasing)

-Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)

-Strong communication and negotiation skills

-Knowledge of Dubai locations, pricing, and RERA rules

-Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable

-Ability to work independently and in a team

-English mandatory (Arabic / Hindi / Russian is a plus)
