Sales Officer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Officer to join our dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, maintaining strong product knowledge, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting key features, specifications, and benefits.
• Provide accurate information regarding pricing, finance options, insurance, warranties, and after-sales services.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current stock, new models, promotions, and competitor offerings.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
• Process all sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales targets.
• Ensure the showroom and vehicles are presented to a high standard at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales/customer service role (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for cars and in-depth knowledge of automotive products (training provided).
• Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
• Professional, confident, and customer-oriented approach.
• Valid driver’s license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
