About the Role:
We are looking for an active and responsible Sales Officer who can handle market visits, build good relationships with dealers, and help grow our paint sales. This role is mainly field-based, so the candidate should be comfortable working in the market.

What You Will Do:

• Visit paint shops and dealers on a daily basis
• Take orders and work to achieve sales targets
• Build strong and long-term relationships with customers
• Introduce our products and explain their benefits
• Follow up on payments and recover outstanding amounts
• Keep an eye on competitors and share market updates
• Make sure our products are properly displayed at shops

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s is a plus)
• 1–3 years of sales experience (paint experience preferred)
• Good communication and dealing skills
• Own bike and valid driving license is required
• Must know the local market
