Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Candidate to manage sales and business development for our Wood Coating Products Division. The role involves developing new customers, maintaining dealer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

Promote and sell wood paint, wood coatings, polish, lacquer, and related products

Develop new customers, dealers, carpenters, workshops, and projects

Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets

Conduct regular market visits and follow up on leads

Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Ensure proper product placement and visibility at dealer shops

Provide product knowledge and basic technical guidance to customers

Ensure timely recovery of payments as per company policy

Prepare sales reports and daily/weekly visit summaries

Requirements / Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in paints, wood coatings, construction, or related industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Basic knowledge of wood paint products and application methods is a plus
