Sales Officer (Tires)

We are Looking for a Sales Officer to manage tire sales operations to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Ensuring excellent product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Ensure showroom displays, promotions, and product placements align with company standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, events, and seasonal promotions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in tire sales or the automotive aftermarket industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Solid understanding of tire products, specifications, and industry trends.
• Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office .
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of local market dynamics and established network within the tire/automotive sector.
