Sales Operations Analyst

Due to our rapid growth and launch of new developments, we are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and automate sales reports in CRM systems (Salesforce, Bitrix24, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.);
• Analyze sales funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales team activity;
• Develop and maintain sales forecasts and performance dashboards;
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM platforms;
• Build and optimize dashboards and reporting templates for management;
• Work with Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar analytics tools;
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement automation to enhance efficiency;
• Provide analytical insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field;
• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or CRM analytics;
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Bitrix24, Zoho, or HubSpot) and advanced Excel skills;
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Google Data Studio;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, and ability to handle large data sets;
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
