We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator (SOC) to strengthen our sales processes and drive performance through effective team leadership.

Role Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator will oversee and lead our Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) team, ensuring efficient lead management, timely follow-ups, and maximum conversions. This role requires a strong sales mindset, proven leadership skills, and the ability to coach and develop a telesales team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the CSR team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage daily sales operations including lead distribution, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
• Monitor CSR performance and provide actionable feedback to improve sales techniques.
• Ensure timely communication with leads, maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
• Generate and present regular sales performance reports to management.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies and process improvements.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication, and organization within the team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in telesales/inside sales with a strong track record of meeting targets.
• 1–2 years of supervisory/team lead experience in a sales or call center environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and inspire.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor sales performance effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
