Job Description: Telesales Executive (B2C Sales)

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2C sales, with a strong ability to generate qualified leads, engage prospects over the phone, and support the sales team by scheduling meetings and demonstrations for our telematics and fleet management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential B2C clients in target industries (logistics, transport, delivery, etc.)
  • Promote and explain our telematics and fleet management solutions, highlighting key benefits and ROI
  • Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and qualified leads
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated via marketing campaigns or website inquiries
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies and campaigns
  • Handle initial objections effectively and build strong rapport with prospective clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 1–2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in SaaS, telematics, logistics, or technology domains
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls daily
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Basic understanding of fleet management, GPS tracking, and telematics systems (a plus)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve results
