Senior Sales Closer (Team Lead)

We’re growing fast and are looking for an experienced Sales Team Lead to drive revenue and manage our high-performing sales team.

As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a critical role in closing high-value deals, coaching a team of sales agents, and contributing directly to revenue growth. This is an on-site role in Lahore, with shift options aligned with UK and US markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4–5 B2B sales agents
• Conduct weekly coaching sessions (cold calling, objection handling, closing strategies)
• Monitor team performance using CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce)
• Motivate the team to meet and exceed quotas
• Personally close high-value deals ($5,000+ monthly retainers)
• Deliver consultative pitches to C-level executives in UK/US markets
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to improve sales strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years international B2B cold calling (UK/US markets preferred)
• 2+ years selling digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, PPC, Web Dev)
• 1+ year of sales team management experience
• Excellent spoken and written English (neutral, UK, or US accent preferred)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred)
• Based in Lahore and willing to work on-site

Shift Options (Mon–Fri)

• UK Market: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PKT)
• US Market: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
