Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales & Operations Coordinator to support daily sales, reservations, customer service, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customer service teams while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with company standards.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesReservations
- Manage and update all reservations received via WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Ensure bookings are recorded promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with other branches (if needed) to manage reservation flow efficiently.
Rental Agreements & Charging
- Enter customer and rental agreement data with complete accuracy.
- Update agreements on the company system and RTA portal within required timelines.
- Maintain accurate cash and card transaction records.
- Verify customer documents as per company and regulatory requirements.
Customer Service & Sales
- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with brand and client expectations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Use effective sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Communicate professionally and with cultural sensitivity when dealing with international customers.
Operations
- Meet revenue and performance goals consistently.
- Maintain accurate rental agreement statuses and vehicle information.
- Coordinate communication with local and international operations or customer service teams.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and client service standards diligently.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management when needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer and company information.
Qualifications
- High School, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience in the car rental industry is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good selling, negotiation, and upselling abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
