The key responsibilities of a Centre Manager are:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the educational centre.
- Ensure smooth functioning of administrative and academic activities.
- Handle logistics, maintenance, and facilities management.
- Curriculum and Program Oversight:
- Coordinate with academic staff to ensure quality delivery of courses.
- Monitor curriculum implementation and adherence to educational standards.
- Introduce new programs or courses based on market demand and institutional goals.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise faculty and administrative staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Student Services and Support:
- Address student queries and concerns.
- Implement student engagement and retention strategies.
- Oversee student admissions, attendance, and evaluations.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
- Drive revenue through marketing and enrollment strategies.
- Ensure financial compliance and reporting.
- Marketing and Outreach:
- Promote the institute’s programs through various channels.
- Organize open days, workshops, and promotional events.
- Build relationships with schools, community organizations, and industry partners.
