Responsibilities

Summary: (Fully Remote/Virtual) Do you know how to put customers first and know to solve complex problems? Would you enjoy leading a team that enables our remote field sales team to be successful? Frontdoor is looking for a Sales Operations Lead to join the Frontdoor Sale Enablement team! In this role, you will be responsible leading a team and owning a variety of day-to-day tasks. This includes making an impact to the sales enablement strategy to help our Field sales teams grow their business.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to live by our house rules, coach and lead a team of associates that drives the success of sales operations.

• Provides oversight and ownership to resolve questions and issues in a consistent, disciplined process for Frontdoor field sales teams. This includes acting as a liaison between sales and operations to ensure issues are communicated for resolution.

• Continuously monitors and find efficiencies that can help improve delivery on critical business needs and identify and presents opportunities for improvement to leadership.

• Responsible for the oversight and ownership, along with partnering with Events Leader for the sales planning and execution of large meetings/ events for both internal and external customers.

• Implements new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams.

• Accountable for supporting process improvement initiatives and participating in special projects.

• Works with People Team to lead the onboarding and offboarding efforts for our field sales team.

• Oversees deployment of field sales marketing items.

• Helps in researching additional marketing and sales services that would make the field more efficient and digital.

• Setup and Manage all microsites for the Field Sales Team. Work with IT on larger issues that arise with the pages functionality to be sure they are publishing correctly.

• CRM Support – When field has issues with CRM deployment you and your team would be the first to troubleshoot and find a solution.

• Inventory Control with external vendors.

• Responsible for budgeting and auditing of our external vendors as it relates to our sales teams.

• May assume other duties as applied.

• Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries

• Strong interpersonal skills and has experience leading and or influencing others effectively

Physical Role Requirements: Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.

Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role): 2+ years of Operations/Sales Support experience required, including experience with remote sales teams

Other/State Specific

This role pays between $60,000 - $75,000/Yr , and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
