Sales & Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets in the UAE market.
• Identify, acquire, and manage new clients for Beegains’ digital marketing and promotional products.
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations including lead management, client communication, and sales tracking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management review.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales goals with service offerings.
• Drive brand awareness and client engagement through innovative sales strategies.
• Ensure smooth operations of the UAE sales unit including performance evaluation and target setting for the sales team.
• Support in pricing strategy, client proposals, and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regional regulatory requirements.
