We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Operations Manager for our indoor family entertainment venues across Dubai, Al Ain, and Abu Dhabi. Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for parties, school trips, corporate events, and general admissions

Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe functioning of the venue

Lead and motivate a diverse team while maintaining high energy and engagement

Build partnerships and identify opportunities to increase revenue

Ensure the venue is always clean, safe, and enjoyable for guests

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales/marketing with a love for hitting targets

Strong team leadership and people management skills

Energetic, positive, and engaging personality

Experience in leisure, hospitality, or entertainment is a plus

Ability to maintain safety and operational standards while promoting a fun environment
