Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: PKR 55,000 – 65,000 per month

Short training period of 2–3 days

• Upon successful completion and confirmation, salary will commence immediately
• Paid probation period applies once performance expectations and targets are met

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily company operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments

• Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve performance targets
• Coordinate between sales, customer support, and operational teams for effective communication and task execution
• Monitor team performance and evaluate staff based on productivity and competencies
• Manage operational priorities, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain accurate records and reports

Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work standards
• Identify and resolve operational challenges through effective problem-solving and decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in sales management, operations management, or a similar leadership role
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
• Experience managing sales teams and operational workflows
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data management tools (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Ability to analyze sales performance and operational reports
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Must be available 8 hours per day for the assigned shift (8 PM – 4 AM)
