Sales Operations Specialist

Danfoss Power Solutions is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team based in Istanbul. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercial support such as order management, price checking, order clearing, compliance, complaint handling, delivery coordination and invoicing.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. Manage export related activities as appropriate Act as a liaison between the customer and the factory, proactively communicating with external customers in a timely manner regarding order verification, order and shipment status Also communicate with the factory to verify lead times, schedule customer orders according to their delivery needs and communicate special handling requests Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with external customers regarding order status requests Accept and process sales order schedules and individual orders in accordance with established business rules Promote customer satisfaction and achieve cycle time reduction through team based problem solving Act proactively to understand and resolve customer needs and identify solutions to non standard tasks/requests
