Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Agriculture Industry
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager to develop, implement, and manage effective sales strategies to achieve annual business targets.
- Contribute to the formulation of annual and seasonal sales policies, providing the sales team with updated tools and resources for performance enhancement.
- Participate in setting annual cash flow forecasts and sales operation budgets to support accurate financial planning.
- Monitor competitor pricing trends and market dynamics to recommend timely strategy and pricing adjustments.
- Determine annual incentive margins based on business policies and incentive plans, and reconcile incentive provisions in line with monthly business performance.
- Prepare accurate, product-wise monthly incentive provisions to assist the finance team in generating precise P&L reports.
- Manage sales operations within the Oracle-based ERP system, ensuring proper control over pricing, discount structures, and policy implementation with full auditability.
- Collaborate with the product planning team to align production schedules with market demand and sales forecasts.
- Oversee regional operations, providing leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with corporate sales policies and execution of business plans.
- Conduct bi-monthly review meetings with zonal sales management to assess performance, identify operational gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
- Liaise with sales teams to maintain motivation, resolve conflicts, and strengthen communication across departments.
- Address customer concerns proactively and conduct periodic dealer visits to gather market feedback.
- Lead the head office analytics team responsible for developing sales dashboards, transaction monitoring, and daily sales activity tracking.
- Manage fleet fuel cards, analyze consumption data, and assist in controlling fuel-related leakages.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, annual sales and dealer conferences, dealer incentive trips, and training workshops.
- Liaise with relevant government departments in Sindh to ensure compliance, registration, and regulatory adherence.
