Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary

The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound telephone calls. The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting products or services effectively, handling objections, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
  • Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems
  • Follow up on leads and previous customers to encourage repeat business
  • Address customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
  • Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or graduate in any discipline
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work with targets and under pressure
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2C sales
  • Multilingual abilities (if applicable)
  • Prior experience in call center or inside sales environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
