Position Overview
The dispatcher will manage daily driver schedules, coordinate routes, maintain communication with drivers and brokers, and ensure timely deliveries. The role also involves handling documentation such as lumper and detention details and resolving any issues that occur during transit.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers.
• Coordinate routes and monitor on-time performance.
• Maintain communication between drivers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Manage all required documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve in-transit issues promptly.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage paperwork and dispatch systems.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with U.S. trucking or logistics (preferred).
• Team-oriented, proactive approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with dispatching tools and software.
