Job Purpose:
  
  To apply the banks sales strategy and serve customers by selling retail products and meeting customer needs.

  The roles will require ambitious sales individuals that have a positive and will-to-win attitude to be part the banks retails sales force.
 
   Job Accountabilities:
  
- 
   To achieve individual set targets for assigned retail products as instructed by sales management and as per defined productivity for
   
    Personal Loans
   
   as per the agreed score card.
  
- 
   The candidate should adapt agile approach towards retail banking sourcing and adapt to continuous change in processes, procedures, and product policies.
  
- 
   While sourcing, ensure that Personal Loan applications and documentation are error free and complies with the policies and procedures set forth by the IB.
  
- 
   Maintain sales discipline in term of maintenance of call reports and sales calls.
  
- 
   Ensure the acquired business is within the banks and centrals banks policies and regulations.
  
- 
   Ensure Personal Loan Buyout cases are processed and completed till customer’s first salary is received in customer personal bank account with IB.
  
- 
   Generating new business to the bank while ensuring that daily activity of customer interaction is on a bank, business, and customer satisfactory level with a key focus on compliance and due diligence.
  
- 
   Ensure retention efforts made to arrest attrition of business sourced.
  
- 
   Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  
- 
   Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending required coaching and training sessions & establishing personal network.
  
- 
   Resolves customer complaints and develop solutions.
  
- 
   Support management wherever applicable and requested towards business success.
  
   Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
  
- 
   Bachelor’s Degree
  
- 
   Minimum 3+ years of experience required in the UAE market in the Banking Industry.
  
- 
   A good knowledge of operational and regulatory environments is essential.
  
- 
   Fluency in English is a must.
  
- 
   CC, PL, ML &/or Payroll experience required.
  
- 
   Strength in relationship building and problem solving and can work within a team
  
- 
   Any certificate for known organization.
