Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to promote products, engage with customers, and drive sales at assigned retail locations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and demonstrate products to customers
• Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly
• Assist customers in making purchase decisions
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Maintain product display and ensure stock availability
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends
• Build good relationships with store staff and supervisors
• Submit daily sales reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales promotion or retail sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and confident personality
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Flexible to work in malls, retail outlets, or events

Preferred:

• Experience in FMCG / Electronics / Mobile / Consumer products
• Multilingual skills (if required)
• Driving License Mandatory
