Promoters Supervisor

2–4 Years in Promoter Management/Sales

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2–4 years of promoter management or sales experience
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and make operational decisions
  • Experience supervising both white‑ and blue‑collar staff


Responsibilities:

  • Lead Teams! Supervise promoters and select high‑potential candidates.
  • Train Effectively! Deliver product knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Monitor Standards! Ensure attendance, appearance, and customer interaction compliance.
  • Drive Sales! Support promoters in achieving monthly targets.
  • Manage Displays! Oversee product presentation in branches.
  • Promote Marketing! Implement advertising plans and gather customer feedback.
  • Analyze Competitors! Report on market trends and rival activities.
  • Collaborate! Communicate with sales and customer service for smooth execution.
