Sales Quality Assurance Executive

Job Overview

The Sales Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for monitoring and evaluating sales interactions across multiple communication channels to ensure compliance with company standards, sales processes, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on maintaining service quality, improving agent performance, and supporting revenue growth through effective quality management practices.

  • Listen to recorded/live sales calls or review chat/email interactions.
  • Evaluate performance based on predefined quality scorecards.
  • Check accuracy of product information shared by agents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, scripts, and legal requirements.
  • Identify trends, errors, and gaps in sales conversations.
  • Track agent performance and highlight improvement areas.
  • Provide constructive feedback to sales agents.
  • Provide feedback to improve call handling and overall customer experience.
  • Conduct coaching sessions to improve conversion rates and communication skills
  • Prepare daily/weekly quality reports.
  • Share insights with team leads and management.
  • Suggest improvements in sales scripts and processes.
  • Help reduce customer complaints and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and customer behavior
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Listen to and monitor recorded/live calls for quality assurance purposes.
  • Verify customer details and ensure data accuracy.
  • Evaluate agents’ communication, adherence to scripts, and compliance with company policies.

Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in call verification / call quality assurance (BPO/Call Center/Software House preferred).

Shift: Evening shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM).

Job: Full Time - Onsite.

Location: PE.C.H.S Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
