Role Overview
We are looking for a
Sales Regional Manager – MEA (Middle East & Africa)
to drive our growth and expansion in the region. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in fintech, payments, or banking, along with a proven ability to build strong partnerships and manage large-scale market expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the sales and market expansion strategy for the MEA region.

Identify and build strategic partnerships with banks, PSPs, fintechs, and merchants.

Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account expansion.

Lead and manage regional sales teams to deliver business targets.

Understand and ensure compliance with cross-border payment regulations.
-
Represent us at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Collaborate with product, operations, and marketing teams to tailor solutions for the region.
Must-Have Skills

10+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or banking.

Strong exposure to the Middle East and Asia markets.

Proven success in sales, business development, or regional management.

Solid understanding of payment flows, risk management, and cross-border regulations.

Experience with payment APIs and PSP integrations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills

Established network of banks, PSPs, regulators, and merchants in MEA.

Experience launching operations in new countries or markets.

Multilingual abilities (Arabic, French, etc.).

Familiarity with regional compliance and regulatory frameworks.
