Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads across residential, commercial, and industrial segments.

Conduct client meetings to assess energy requirements and present tailored solar solutions.

Perform site visits and surveys to gather necessary technical data.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop technical proposals, BOQs, and quotations.

Guide clients with technical insights and provide system performance estimates.

Manage and track sales pipelines through CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

Oversee the complete sales cycle—from inquiry to installation and post-sales support.

Stay informed on industry trends, solar technologies, and competitor activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Studies, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in solar or renewable energy sales preferred.

Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net metering, and basic system design.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently, with effective time management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and basic solar design tools
