Job Title: Sales Representative - BURGA FOODSTUFF

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in the food stuffing industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 1- years of experience in sales within the UAE market or outside of UAE, along with a solid understanding of the contracting business. This individual will be responsible for identifying customer needs, preparing quotations, and building long-term relationships.

Sales and Quotation Preparation:

  • Analyze inquiries and prepare accurate quotations tailored to client specifications.
  • Effectively present and pitch products and solutions to clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Understand client needs to offer tailored solutions and maintain ongoing relationships.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent post-sale support.

Goal Achievement:

  • Set and achieve personal sales targets while remaining focused and self-motivated.
  • Handle objections and rejections with resilience and a positive attitude.

Adaptability and Learning:

  • Adapt to changing sales environments and continuously improve sales techniques.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and digital sales tools (CRM systems).

Negotiation and Conflict Resolution:

  • Negotiate pricing and terms effectively to close sales while preserving value.
  • Resolve conflicts and objections with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes.

Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Build rapport with clients, prospects, and colleagues through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate effectively across departments to support sales efforts.

Analytical Skills:

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Understand market conditions and competitive landscape to enhance positioning.

Tech Savviness:

  • Utilize Microsoft Office products and other software as needed for reporting and presentations.
