Sales Representative

About Role: As a Sales Representative, you will be the voice of our company. Your main job is to make outbound calls, connect with potential customers, and sell them product/services that truly meet their needs. This isn't about high-pressure tactics. This is about being an expert, building trust, and helping people make informed decisions. You will use your experience to guide conversations, answer questions, and close sales, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

What You'll Do:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Clearly explain the benefits and details of various products/services.
  • Listen to customer needs and accurately match them with the right products.
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our system.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry regulations.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a B2C telesales environment.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume call center, specifically within Medicare, Solar, or Final Expense campaigns.
  • A confident, clear, and persuasive communication style. You need to sound like an expert on the other end of the line.
  • The ability to think on your feet and handle objections gracefully.
  • A strong sense of accountability and a drive to hit your goals.
  • A humble and compassionate approach to customer service. You're here to help, not just sell.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
