Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through lead generation and qualification, market research, and cold-calling potential customers.
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and present the company's products or services.
- Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to clients' needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to close sales and achieve sales quotas.
- Build and maintain positive, long-lasting business and customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with new products, services, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A goal-oriented, persuasive, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts.
- A commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Adaptability to work comfortably and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
