Sales Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to promote and sell firm's marketing services across Qatar. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and have a marketing background. The role involves traveling to meet clients, presenting our services, and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor sales activities, including regular field visits and in-person meetings with potential clients
• Promote and sell marketing services to businesses
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and direct engagement
• Stay informed about marketing service offerings and market trends
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
• Prepare and submit reports on sales performance and client feedback
• Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Experience or background in marketing services is preferred
• Fluent in English spoken and written (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid QID
• Valid Qatari driving license
• Sales experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable with outdoor work

A one-month probation period will be in place. during the one month, the selected candidate will be evaluated for their performance and contributions and will be on a 10% commission basis. Once the one month period is over and satisfactory levels has been achieved, a fixed job will be offered.
