Description:
The Sales Representative – Business Development & Project Scoping is responsible for driving revenue growth by actively prospecting, acquiring new customers, and managing client relationships. This role involves developing accurate traffic control plans (TCPs), preparing estimates and quotes, and ensuring timely delivery of project instructions for field execution. The Sales Representative will meet with clients, scope job requirements, and present proposals to secure contracts while maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities. Success in this position requires balancing new business generation with reliable support for awarded projects, ensuring work is executed safely, profitably, and to customer expectations

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, business development, or project scoping, preferably in construction, traffic control, or related industries. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close contracts. Candidates must be able to prepare and present estimates, quotes, and project packets with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as MUTCD. Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting is required, as well as the ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment. A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills is necessary to consistently meet weekly lead generation, quoting, and customer satisfaction goals
