Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective business development strategies and account management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and fostering long-term client relationships. You will engage in outside sales activities and territory management to expand our market presence.

Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
• Deliver product demos to prospective clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments is essential.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes..
• Experience in account management and territory management is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
