Sales Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking highly driven and results-oriented Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is motivated by targets, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for closing deals.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: AED 4,000 per month
• Incentive: AED 4,000 per successful closed transaction
• Total earning potential: Highly rewarding based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads and close sales in line with company targets.
• Sell a minimum of three (3) marketing and sales packages each month (mandatory).
• Close at least one business transaction monthly to continue employment.
• Present, promote, and sell company services to new and existing clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales pitches and proposals.
• Provide market feedback and report progress to the sales manager.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (preferably in marketing or service-based industries).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly target-driven with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• UAE driving license and personal car preferred.
• Must be proactive, confident, and motivated by incentives.
• Ability to work 6 days a week, including Saturdays.

Visa Policy:

• Own visa is preferable.
• Employment visa may be provided based on performance and meeting sales targets.

Performance Expectations (Mandatory):

✅ At least 1 closed transaction per month
✅ 3 packages sold per month (minimum)
❌ Failure to meet the required monthly sales target may result in contract discontinuation.
