Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers at the Gandhi Nagar site, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits accurately to potential buyers.
- Generate sales leads through proactive customer interaction and referrals.
- Achieve sales targets consistently through effective selling techniques.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the volume and value of sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve customer service and sales strategies.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and submit sales reports regularly.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
