Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a strong focus on B2B sales and territory management. This role involves engaging with clients, conducting product demos, and developing strategies to expand our market presence across various industries. The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth through effective lead generation, customer service, and sales management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining profitability.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage contacts, and analyze sales data.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business development efforts.
  • Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue potential.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory status for reporting purposes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a strong understanding of territory management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead generation and account management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to conduct effective product demos.
  • Strong analytical skills for market analysis and identifying new opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development and retail sales is a plus.
  • Experience in inside sales or direct sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
