Sales Representative

We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the KSA market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing key client accounts, and securing high-value business opportunities while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Conduct advanced sales presentations and negotiations
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members
  • Resolve complex customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales objectives with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
