Sales Representative – HORECA (Non-Food)

Are you a high-energy sales professional with a passion for the Dubai hospitality scene?

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with some years of experience in the Horeca market in UAE, who knows how to get in front of the right people to present our product range.

Previously you might have worked as a brand representative, a sales rep for a distributor, or otherwise been in a sales role related to the inu stry.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with hotels, premium restaurants, and cafes across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B accounts within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes)
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and grow your existing accounts through regular site visits and a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Product Expertise: Confidently present our range of non-food products.
  • Sales Lifecycle: Manage the entire process from lead generation and professional pitching to negotiation and after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the UAE HORECA segment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong existing network of procurement managers, F&B directors, and restaurant owners in Dubai.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and "door-opening" skills.
  • Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is essential..
