Sales Representative

We are a Building Maintenance Company, seeking a professional Sales Representative to join our team. The role focuses on securing new maintenance contracts and collecting additional maintenance jobs from existing clients in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new clients (companies, residential complexes, offices, commercial facilities).
• Market building maintenance services and close annual maintenance contracts.
• Follow up with existing clients and offer additional services and upgrade works.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals and negotiate deals until closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience (preferably in maintenance or contracting sectors).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in the field and build long-term client relationships.
• Experience in preparing proposals and managing contracts.
• Valid driving license is madetory.
