- Welcome customers with a greeting and a smile and providing them with the required level of customer service.
- Understanding customers’ needs and requirements, explaining and presenting products to meet those needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Having full knowledge of product descriptions, classifications, and pricing, and staying updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints and working with the branch supervisor to resolve them.
- Ensuring the accuracy of data in orders and invoices.
- Communicating important customer feedback to the parties concerned.
- Displaying products in an attractive and organized manner according to the approved visual merchandising standards.
- Achieving personal sales targets related to revenue and product categories, and promoting products as directed by management, including external promotion to increase sales.
- Assisting the branch supervisor in receiving and delivering goods.
- Staying constantly updated on new products and features.
- Participating in external exhibitions when needed and adhering to the company’s policies within exhibitions.
- Maintaining all tools, equipment, and devices, ensuring they are used properly for work purposes only, and reporting any malfunctions.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the showroom and participating in organizing and arranging the showroom and warehouse for easy product access.
- Performing cashier duties when required based on work needs.
- Participating in periodic and annual inventory activities.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all company information and not disclosing it.
