Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
• Conduct meetings and product demonstrations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM records
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1–3 years of sales experience (Freshers can also apply)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
