Sales Manager – Office Equipment & Printing Solutions

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager with a strong background in office equipment and printing solutions. The candidate must have experience in government tenders, procurement processes, and corporate sales. Distribution experience is required, as we are an authorized distributor of Sharp office equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle government tenders, including tender filing, documentation, and submission.
  • Manage government procurement and corporate sales accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government and corporate clients.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Promote and sell Sharp office equipment, printing solutions, and consumables.
  • Manage distribution channels and expand market presence.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of sales experience in office equipment and printing industry.
  • Strong experience in government tenders and procurement.
  • Experience in distribution and dealer network management.
  • Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Managed Print Services (MPS) and printing solutions is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Willing to travel when required.
