Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell pest control services to individuals and businesses (residential, commercial, industrial).
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate service solutions, including treatment plans and scheduling.
• Conduct site visits to assess infestation levels and identify pest types.
• Prepare quotations and technical reports in coordination with the operations or technical team.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and contribute to expanding the customer base.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
• Submit regular reports on sales activities, site observations, and new business opportunities.
• Monitor municipal or environmental licensing and regulatory requirements related to pest control services when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pest control or environmental hygiene services.
• Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in field service sectors.
• Good knowledge of common pests and control methods (chemicals, traps, prevention strategies).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using computers and office applications such as MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• sales : 3 years (Preferred)
