About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping customers plan one of the most important transitions in their lives:their move. Working closely with multiple departments, you’ll build customized moving solutions that fit each customer’s unique needs.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy sales role ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and earning commission.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone
• Build rapport quickly and understand customer moving needs
• Create and present customized moving plans
• Guide customers through the sales process from quote to close
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure a smooth experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of phone sales experience (required)
• Call center or high-volume sales experience strongly preferred
• Moving industry experience is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
