Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at building relationships, and close deals effectively. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals

● Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations

● Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity using Hubspot

● Collaborate with marketing team to improve customer experience

● Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed

● Cross collaboration

Requirements

● Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

● Strong organizational and time-management abilities

● Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team

● Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

● Work in office 8:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday (Philadelphia)

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in B2B sales

● Knowledge of the full sales funnel and modern sales techniques

● Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals

Compensation and Benefits

● $60-65,000 Base salary + commission structure
