Responsibilities

  • Engage in indoor sales activities, including prospecting new clients and managing existing accounts.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Manage existing accounts through proactive account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist our client's in executing their targeted marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.
  • Learn to use CRM tools to track your sales activity and manage pipelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries face-to-face and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Backgrounds in retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of professionalism and enthusiasm.
