Sales Representative

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Lahore. You will be responsible for driving revenue by promoting our comprehensive travel services—including international tours, corporate ticketing, and Umrah packages—through strategic outdoor sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities through outdoor sales visits, networking, and market research.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust portfolio of corporate and individual clients, ensuring long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Product Promotion: Effectively market and sell travel-related services, including flight bookings, holiday packages, visa assistance, and Umrah services.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the agency’s growth.
• Market Networking: Leverage existing connections within the industry to create new sales channels.
• End-to-End Coordination: Work closely with the internal operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience specifically within a travel agency or the tourism sector.
• Network: Applicants with an existing client base or strong market connections will be highly preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Mobility: Must be comfortable with outdoor meetings and traveling within the city for business development.
• Drive: A result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Professionalism: A confident personality with a polished approach to client dealing.
