Sales Representative (B2B) – Night Shift

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 100,000 + Uncapped Commission

Shift: Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Job Description

We are hiring motivated and target-driven individuals for a B2B Sales role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Maintain records using CRM tools
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends and competitors

Requirements

• Experience in sales, call center, or business development preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)

Compensation & Benefits

• Uncapped commission structure
• Cash-in-hand incentives (PKR 1,000 – 5,000 per sale)
• Every Month performance based KPIs (up to PKR 20,000)
• First Year two times increment on basic salary & then annually

Eligibility

• Fresh candidates with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply
