Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

CALLOPEDIA is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative who understands the ecommerce environment and can confidently communicate with customers to confirm orders and increase sales through upselling.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Confirm customer orders received through ecommerce platforms
✔ Communicate professionally with customers via calls/messages
✔ Perform upselling and cross-selling to increase order value
✔ Maintain proper order records and customer details
✔ Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing

Requirements

✔ Experience in sales or ecommerce order confirmation preferred
✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills
✔ Basic understanding of online selling and customer handling
✔ Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented
