Position Overview:

We are looking for experienced Sales Representatives with strong enterprise and B2B service sales backgrounds to engage large employers in Pakistan (companies with 500+ employees). The ideal candidate will have experience selling technology or professional services to large enterprises and a proven ability to build relationships with key business decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage large employers (1,000+ employees) across Pakistan and other South Asian regions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Techunity’s offerings, target market verticals, and value propositions.
  • Drive business growth by securing contracts within key market segments aligned with Techunity’s service portfolio.
  • Promote and position Techunity’s enterprise technology support services — including Windows, Linux, AWS, Azure, Oracle, SAS, and SAP — to domestic and international clients.
  • Leverage prior experience to assess client requirements and translate them into successful deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives such as CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement Heads.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based leadership and technical teams to develop tailored service solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–8 years in enterprise or B2B service sales (preferably in IT, software, or consulting sectors).
  • Client Exposure: Proven success selling to large organizations with 1,000+ employees.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with international (especially U.S.-based) leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and travel locally within Pakistan when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement workflows and vendor management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
