Sales Representative (Experience Tint, PPF and Car Wash)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Operate cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly.
• Maintain an organized and stocked sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Supervise and train new staff members on sales techniques and customer service best practices.
• Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and cash handling.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills is essential.
• Experience in upselling and stock management is a plus.
• Ability to supervise team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
